Our family had an amazing stay at Big Bear Cabin! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Morgan and Chris were wonderful hosts. Their communication before and throughout our stay was excellent, making everything seamless from start to finish. The beds were incredibly comfortable with lots of extra blankets for snuggling up! The mountain views were even more breathtaking than the online photos, especially at sunset when the colors of the sky turned orange/pink. My extended family that stayed at the cabin spanned several generations. There was something to keep every age group happily occupied. The pool table, Pac-Man arcade game and board games kept the teens and twenty-somethings entertained while the adults enjoyed coffee on the deck, taking in the spectacular scenery. Although we didn't have any babies/toddlers with us, we noticed thoughtful family-friendly touches like a highchair, playpen, and plastic plates and dishes for little ones. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting a mama black bear with her two cubs. We even watched the cubs nurse (from a safe distance, of course)! It was an unforgettable wildlife experience! We usually head to the Poconos for a cabin stay, but this trip to Gatlinburg was a wonderful change of pace and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Big Bear Cabin to anyone looking for a memorable mountain getaway. Thank you, Morgan and Chris, for everything!

Wonderful visit! We soaked in the views and enjoyed the perfect launch pad for hiking in the park and entertainment in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Beds were super comfy - our whole crew got great sleep after full days. Lots of bear sightings!

We so enjoyed our time at Big Bear Cabin! It was cozy and comfortable, and we got to see two families of bears each morning and evening. It was the perfect space to kick back and relax, and the views were gorgeous. Our only somewhat negative feedback is that the kitchen was not very well-stocked. For example, the can opener was broken, so we had to drive into town to buy a new one (which we left for the next guests). Also, the knives were so dull that they're hazardous. But these were very small things and overall, we were very pleased.

The house was a wonderful cabin! It was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The kids loved all the games and movie theather. The location was perfect and close to the main strip. The three levels were great because each family had their own space but each floor was also big enough to all get together as well. Thanks for the great home for our family vacation!

My family and I had a great time at Big Bear. The rooms were spacious and the common space was great for all of us to enjoy one another. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub.
